A routine meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on this 20th of September, 2022 at 6:30 PM in the Association Hall. The meeting was good, with many residents in attendance. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Thompson, the President.

Previous meeting minutes were reviewed and approved. There was then a talk about the new renovation plans and how it will affect residents.

• Several issues were brought up concerning the amount of disruption caused by the repairs.

Considered Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments

The Raintree Condominium Association is proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes aim to streamline several aspects of condominium governance. Raintree Condo Exterior Enhancement Project Report

Greetings residents! This brief update provides information regarding the ongoing facade improvement project at Raintree Condo. The main focus of this project is to upgrade the aesthetic appeal and overall longevity of our building. As of today, noteworthy progress has been made on numerous phases.

• Contractors are currently working diligently on the setup of new landscaping around the property, which will greatly improve curb appeal.
• Also, the fresh coat of exterior walls is progressing well, and we anticipate finishing touches within the next couple of weeks.
• Residents are reminded to exercise caution in the project area and to follow all posted regulations . Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we work towards completing this exciting project.
